If I change my Internet Service Provider or get a new modem how do I reconfigure my network for remote access?

In order to view our cameras remotely you will need to ensure that your modem is in bridge mode. Different system require different ports be forwarded in order for remote access to work, use the following as a guide:

Divis DVR: Ports 3000 - 3007, 8800, 5900

ATOM8 DVR: Ports 1025, 3002

The ports will need to be forwarded to the Internal IP address of the DVR (automatically assigned by the router using DHCP).
